There was zero atmosphere in this nail bar. I wasn't welcomed or even asked if I wanted to remove my coat before the treatment began. When I say treatment it wasn't relaxing or a "treat" at all-this is somewhere where they want you in and out with no personal touch. The colour I had chosen was very thin and required me to keep asking for more coats-you can still see the top of my nails through the varnish but it got embarrassing to ask a fifth time! In response I got told, "pick another colour next time". I would argue if the technician knew this was a problem with that colour she could've advised this before application in case I wanted to select another. Result is a rushed application which didn't feel at all like a full manicure, different thickness of varnish on one hand to the other and as I said before, very thin. I can't believe this was £24! I felt ripped off 40 mins later (even though advertised treatment time is 1 hour) and will never return here. I have had great success booking through Wahanda/Treatwell before and have never left a review in my life but I thought I'd share this experience. Very disappointing.

The best Shellac Manicure ever. Kim did very good manicure and the color is lovely. Very professional, well-presented staffs. Will come back!
The beauty room is small but clean, tidy. The therapist did good n very thorough waxing. Will recommend!
