Slightly disappointed with my service for this visit. They were short staffed but that meant my wax was extremely rushed and rather unpleasant! Normally fantastic so I'm putting it down to lack of staff.

I'm a regular here for waxing. I came this time for a Hollywood and was literally in and out in 10 mins! Don't know how it was so fast because it didn't feel rushed at all and a really good job was done, my waxer was Kim and she was just super efficient. Very friendly and chatty too
