My waxer was an absolute professional and I had a great quick wax. Unfortunately the low rating is due to being walked in by a man (possibly the manager) while I was mid wax and fully exposed. He should have knocked, communicated, checked the bookings or at least offered a discount by way of apology! Absolutely disappointing and embarrassing.
