The lady who did my waxing was really good. But the guy who sits right at the entrance for manicures is downright rude. I arrived 10 min early and didn't mind at all standing outside as it was quite busy inside. But the tone in which he spoke to me saying they cannot accommodate me inside was very rude and left a very bad impression with me. Very poor customer service on his part!
