In both of my visits I have had disappointing experiences. The second trip back was only due to a lack of appointments everywhere else and me booking last minute. The shellac treatment was atrocious. I could have done a better job myself. Cuticles were cut too short which caused a few bleeds, the polish was put on too far from my cuticles leaving a gap on the nail (almost like I had the treatment done 7 days prior). I received a comment from one of the staff who told me I was quite obsessive.
I will not be going back again.

Good value for money. They didn't have enough staff, so was a bit busy with people having to wait. Good pedicure though!
