My negative was the the greeting was pretty cold when I arrived in the nail parlour, however as soon as I headed downstairs everything was great. The beautician was fast, pleasant and the treatments as painless as could be - I highly recommend. Upstairs for the mani & pedi I would say they lack charm but not to the point of being rude and they do nails well so I would recommend this too.
