Quick, painless and great attention to detail

I showed up to the appointment I booked two weeks in advance. I wanted a spray tan as I was going on holiday the next day. When I showed up they told me to take a seat. I sat for 15mins before someone came up and told me they will have to cancel my appointment because the spray tan machine wasn't working.
This was the second time I had visited the salon. The first time I waited an hour outside the salon because the lady with the keys was stuck in traffic. The staff were very blunt and non apologetic in both cases. I would give their customer service a zero out of ten.

I always come back here because the beauticians are friendly and SO efficient. I had a Hollywood wax and eyebrow threading which were both done in 20mins. The speed definitely doesn't affect the quality and I swear it doesn't hurt as much here as anywhere else....!

Sorry for the negative review but the Indian head massage was just not that great and as there is only a curtain across the Small room, it is not relaxing as I can hear all the conversations going on outside.
