I was made to wait a bit, but that was because a member of staff had been taken ill that day. The staff were lovely, treatment excellent, almost pain free! Would go again.

Treading was great, good shape, quick, nice staff member. Waxing was patchy and uneven but the price is very reasonable.

I have booked this particular salon due to the high ratings on this app and website, and I would like to express my disappointment.
For the start I would like to make it clear, I have been getting manicures and pedicures for many years at least once a month so I do have an understanding what the result should be.
The saloon is actually nice and the staff is more or less friendly, they do try to be a good host by offering you a drink and a massage in the chair when you have your pedicures done, but unfortunately, good service stops right there for me. The lady starded with a pedicure during which the staff swapped 3 times, which I find really unprofessional. My toenails were not nicely shaped, a bit uneven, one coat of nail polish and a transparent coat on top (should be two).
I decided that I'm going to give them another chance with the manicure. Manicure for me was appalling! My cuticles were lazily moved to he sides, some of them not even cut off, nail polish application looks like I had my nails done two weeks ago that's how far from the edge it is!!! I have asked specifically for venilux nail polish (for extra 3 pounds) so at least I would be sure the manicure will last 4-7 days, but 1 day later the colour is all chipped ( I did not wash any dishes or do anything to make the polish come off). And last but not least, the colour looks extremely uneven! I expected to have nails looking like candy but I think this is too much to ask from such a cheap deal.
Overall I would say, if you don't have high expectations, you will probably find this place good as the salon and the staff are quite nice but if you are looking for a great quality you will not find it here.
