Brazilian and eyebrows were really great. Rabi was really thorough and particular, and so friendly.
Nails were "ok" shellac. Not the best finish.

All of the staff were lovely apart from one man who I believe was the manager. He was bossy, shouted at the other staff and was totally condescending to the other customers.
He did my manicure and he smelt heavily of smoke and his breath was awful which meant I had to lean away from him the whole time and couldn't wait for it to be over.
I wasn't pre-warned that they only take cash either and they didn't seem happy about me having to leave to go to a cash point.
All in all, I would rather pay more money for a better experience instead of being treated like a burden on the staff.

Gel nails have stayed in perfect condition week following the treatment, and no signs of wear yet either! The guy who did my nails was obviously a professional and was quick and efficient. Only suggestion of improvement I would give was the ambience- there wasn't much conversation between beauticians and clients which sometimes felt a little clinical and awkward. Overall though, a good experience with a good treatment that I will be visiting again.
