Staff were all very friendly. I had opi gel nails which were done to a high quality. It was my first time having a bikini wax - the beautician helped me feel calm, gave lots of info about care pre/post wax and the wax itself was quick and done well.

Really great value and the opi gel nails last weeks, much longer than other gel nail brands that I've tried.
The place has been renovated and look nice and tidy. Much better than other beauty saloons around. It definitely exceeded expectations and the lady that waxed me was very nice and discrete. Waxing was really good and neat.

Nail appointment was 25 mins late with no explanation. When I asked to see the manager to complain / cancel I was ignored and then handed a phone to speak to a customer service agent at Treatwell. Absolutely terrible service, would never go back. Also very small, poor choice of nail colours. Don't go here.

Walking in was a bit awkward as no one really acknowledged me or seemed to be the appointment book keeper. I had a gel polish on my toes - I am not impressed as after one week it is chipping and there are obvious brush strokes/thicker and thinner bits on the nails so it wasn't an even job. The eyebrow thread and tinting was great - she did a perfect job. She put on a bit too much eyelash tint which started to burn on one eye. We had to wash it off, wait for my eyes to stop watering and do it again. This kept the next person waiting a while and I don't think my lashes ended up being as dark as they could have been.
