The beauticians are very friendly and warm, the front of house staff not so much.The salon isn't grand and is a bit 'rough around the edges' but I've had waxing and shellac services here and always been very impressed with the results! Great value for money.

Due to a staff member being unwell there was a slight delay which was really the only downside. The treatment itself was the most thorough wax I have had and the therapist was compassionate enough but just got on and did the job. I will certainly be back - absolutely worth the money.
