Staff are very polite the first I have seen for a nail place indeed. Its nice and clean and my manicure and pedicure was lovely I walked out really happy. Would go again indeed.
My feet are so smooth days on. They are really thorough with getting hard skin off. Good choice of gel colours. Good value for money but don't expect total luxury. Overall, I'm really happy with it and plan to go again.
Rude obnoxious staff, booked an appointment but they weren't bothering to check and actually book out the slots so when I arrived I was told I didn't have a booking. With no apology. Initially accused of not booking at all I had to show email. Then told 'well you will have to wait at least 45 minutes now'. I declined! Again no apology. Horrible experience.

Everyone was really helpful. I had to wait a bit but I was given the wifi code for my iPad. Great treatment. Would def go back.
