Yesterday (8th June) I attended this salon at 11am for a pedicure I booked online via treatwell website and got it for £20 which I thought was great, as saved me a bit of money getting it off peak, as I was off work that day.
However I am unfortunately having to send this complaint because I am really disappointed in the service and outcome of my treatment.
I have left with my feet extremely red raw and cuts on the top on the soft skin.
The right root has been cut in several places included my ankle!!!
I had the pedicure and the team member went from buffing my feet straight into polish which confused me as I thought you were supposed to get moisturised as well and this wasn't done?
The bottoms of my feet were barely touched and I am so unsatisfied with the quality of this pedicure. The top of my feet was over rubbed to the point they are red and sore and cut, yet the bottoms are still dry and not barely touched.
Fair to say that this isn't satisfactory? Not happy spending money on this at all.
I needed to send this and make you aware this member of staff either needs more training or they were having a bad day.
Book with caution. Was a shame as all over reviews seemed so good... may have just been a bad day for the staff member but sadly I have left unhappy and with very sore feet!!!
