Had a full set of acrylics and asked for them to look really natural. The technician was lovely and really look her time to make sure my nails looked natural and perfect and I left really happy with the end result. They are exactly what I asked for and have an amazing gel like finish considering they are acrylics. Will defiantly be back.
I was extremely disappointed by this. I booked this as a Christmas gift for my friend and it took hours because the manicurist kept leaving to serve other customers or answer the phone. My friend was cold. They didn't even do the nail art I paid for and there was hardly any choice of colours. Really dreadful. I want a refund.

Great service and lovely therapist who did exactly what I wanted - and they look really great for the price I paid! Would definitely recommend
Overall experience was average. The actual nail treatment was very good - my nails were painted well and look great afterwards. However, my appointment did not start until half an hour after the time I had booked for so not sure what the point of booking in advance was. Was left waiting around with no apology.

I was attracted to this offer because of the low price. There is a reason the price is so low, the lady who tended to me who was lovely didn't do a very good job and was the most painful wax I have ever had.
