I had a Shellac Manicure, which looks fine after 4 days - no chips - but I wouldn't be going back. My nail technician was rude. Didn't say hello, just grunted the chair to sit in. Didn't ask what nail shape or colour I wanted, just started applying 'the same colour you had last time' before I asked if I could change it, please at which point she just got up and walked off and a colleague stepped in to finish the manicure. For the price, I also expected an overall hand treatment, but it's just a quick shape and polish.

Had the OPI Spa Pedicure, which was very thorough (just over an hour) and relaxing. Massage could have been a tiny bit stronger and gone for longer, but a minor point. Very good quality pedicure and excellent French polish too - I would definitely return!
The wax itself was amazing and the girl who I had was really nice however when I arrived I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment because of staff shortages and no one told me this upon arrival so ended up sitting and waiting and when I finally asked why I was waiting so long they weren't very apologetic. Other than that I would recommend this salon

Good wax, very thorough. Only criticism - have been here 2x and both times I had to wait a long time for wax.
