It has a much cooler vibe with chatty staff where there doesn't seem to be any language barrier, they have patience and do a very thorough job of your nails plus have great promotions that they actively advertise.

Unfortunately the beautician was about 15 minutes late (my appointment was the first of the day). Then I had a French Bikini wax, but the beautician thought I had booked a Hollywood so I nearly had a very different end result! She was very friendly, but the beauty treatment room is very small and seemed a little rundown, I was also not 100% sure of its cleanliness. I am happy with the end result but would probably not go back again.
