This is the second time in a row that I have booked and the appointment was resheduled last minute, meaning I have had to reschedule work meetings, I also choose to pay at venue and after paying I realised I was over charged and I messaged the salon over to dispute the payment and no one replied to me.
I have been a long term client and feel a little disappointed by the recent levels of customer services, over all the salon and therapist are nice and intime service levels will improve
