Here is the un apologetic email I received, having booked a 10am appt, which was then rescheduled without my knowledge! I travelled to the salon, to be told the therapist Kornelija was not present and my treatment wasn't off. Email from Korneilija: "I sent you a text message to say that treatwell has allowed you to book in for a time that I’m not available so the appointment could not go ahead. You will be issued a refund". No sorry, no signature even! Just rude! It was a rare day off!
