Lou is a lovely lady. She made my first lash experience really calm and enjoyable! Lou initially told me everything I needed to know and asked me what length/style I'd like. She is lovely her setup is very comfortable and she made me feel really relaxed. The lashes came out so beautiful and I can't wait to go back :)
