Simran was lovely, polite and professional. Put me at ease straight away. Salon is new and clean. Will go back to see Simran. Simran had a new member of staff who did part of my waxing, however I’d recommend using Simran only as the other lady has burnt my skin and the marking has been on my body for 9 days now. It looks like a large dark scar under my arm, which is not great as I wanted to be waxed for my holiday. The area was really sore for 3 days.
Simran is amazing though and really good at her job.
