My experience was amazing, I had excellent service and my brows were on point. The atmosphere and staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. The salon was clean, tidy and well organised….I have had to wait at other salons for long periods of time however my appointment was on time :).

The salon is really dirty. Towel and pillow case looked like they never been clean. After she’s done the waxing it still stayed on my body and she said it was just lotion. There was still hair remaining on the part she waxed. They also tried charging me extra £15 for armpits even though I have already paid. The whole process was painful as well. Never again!
