Went a few weeks back for lash lift. Luz seemed very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. However, when she finished the treatment, there was something wrong about my lashes. Going home I saw that my eyelashes were so curled that were pointing inwards - to the eye - and they were extremely damaged! Now, I have gaps in my eyelashes, they are significantly shorter on one eye and very unruly, which has never been the case with me before. I hope that this never happens to anyone else.

Fantastic massage from Luz, she sorted my neck/shoulder pain and gave me advice around posture. All her homemade natural products are lovely and she gave me some samples to try. I will definitely be back.
