Absolutely horrendous service. Arrived on time and told us we had to come back another day especially after being booked in advance. Then called their other branch and had us travel there. Once there the girls were shouting and the downstairs rooms were just unprofessional looked like something out of a dodgy movie. The room was left Open whilst massage and the girl didn’t listen, trampling over the back. They didn’t let my wife sit upstairs and told her to leave whilst I had the massage. Very rude and unprofessional. Not happy. Then tries to over charge me nearly £10 more. I want this looking into. Stay clear. Not relaxing and very un professional. No music or ambience either. The strangest made up massage room going.

Amazing deep tissue, really helped with some kinks in my lower back and glutes. Will definitely come back for the full hour next time!

I had quite a mixed experience, they didn't have my booking and tried to get me to pay on arrival, even though I had prepaid. The lady trying to help me didn't really speak much English so she just got on with it in the end. She did give a very good head massage and the candling was good. It was cheaper to book direct than on treatwell, which was also a bit disappointing.
