Was sat in the middle of the shop reception on a squeaky massage chair which felt like it was going to break. Not taken into a room to have a massage and customers were walking in and out the other staff were sitting next to me talking and on the phone, then they opened the front door alll you could hear was the busy street outside, Not relaxing at all if anything stressed me out even more. Would have been nice to have some privacy and calm. Massage was ok, again she could have used some sort of oil rather than just rubbing on top of my jumper.

Super friendly staff, excellent massage, decor and attention to details must be improved -> Acupuncture seemed to had been performed before me and all the needles were still there in the open.
