I booked a Brazilian hot wax but I was told that if I wanted the hair removed from behind and on the lip area I would have to pay an extra £15 for this service as this particular salon classed this as a Hollywood wax. The difference between Hollywood and Brazilian is normally the patch at the front. I have always had the lip area and the area behind done in every Brazilian wax I have had without extra charge so be careful when booking as the price difference is a big one!
The girl who did my wax was lovely and did a good job. The manager was very abrupt and unhelpful.

My visit was fine , the procedure went okay , was sort of lacking that extra care and attention... need my eyebrows done very very very neat, and i dont feel they were spot on im afraid :( sorry. Maybe will get better next time
