I genuinely cannot reconcile the positive reviews with my experience. They asked me to come earlier than scheduled, so I left work early. When I arrived, people were lounging on the pedicure chairs chatting, barely acknowledged me. The waxer shouted from the back for me, then told me to “get yourself ready” and left. The wax felt rushed and incomplete. She then spilt a HUGE amount of wax all down my expensive APC top and LIED to me saying it would wash out. It didn’t so it’s ruined. Appalling.
