A bit of a mixed experience. The positive side is that my nails were left very healthy after removing the BIAB on top. The negative part was the manicure — the technician had left my nails all uneven, and I had to ask her to fix them. Even after my request, they were still so crooked that I had to correct them at home. I had booked a mini manicure, but they charged me £8 extra because she also cut my cuticles.
