Super professional, friendly and lovely experience. I love this boutique llttle gem. There are a few salons that have popped up in West Hampstead but I won't have my head turned - Be Lush is the one for me. Thanks ladies. 😊

The tinting quality itself was good and good coverage of the lashes , however I wasn’t given an option of colour so had to go with blue-black and my eyelashes are now quite blue which was not the ideal goal.

Hate leaving a bad review :( the ladies were nice enough but the shop felt dirty. The pressure on my face was extremely rough & the eyebrow spoolie was rock hard from the glue products previously used so it felt sharp. I didn't see any of the equipment being wiped or cleaned and the eye brow dye was used on the lady beside me first then left out for it to be applied to me which felt unhygienic.
She started to trim my eyebrows without asking first how I wanted them to be done. Won't go back
