The staff kept switching and taking it in turns to do the stages of my treatment while they attended to other customers which was a bit disconcerting while lying with my eyes shut. Because the salon had the customers double booked my treatment took much longer than advertised & so I didn’t have time to leave the dye on for long enough. I didn’t like how my lashes looked after - they were so curled over they were touching my eyelids & a lot of the tips were bent at a 90 degree angle
