Really disappointed with how my lashes came out after 2.5 hours (1 hour more than usual)... they were all messy and overlapping each other. Also it's not an actual bed, just a chair that leans back so my neck hurt after 1 hour. The cushion was not washed and the seat / chair was not covered by disposable sheets. I was shocked by how bad it was, really.
