When I turned up, there wasn't anyone who greeted me - the staff just looked at me and continued talking in their mother tongue. As my hairdresser was still with a client, I had to wait but it was some time before someone told me this. When I had the haircut, my hairdresser made no effort to speak (not even a greeting) apart from asking what I wanted done, which was very rude and extremely poor customer service. He listened to music through earphones the whole time. He only cut layers into one side of my hair, and also missed out loads of my fringe that was supposed to be trimmed. I can't complain about the price (but there are plenty of other cheap hairdressers in the area that are also on Treatwell, so...). Unfortunately I won't be returning!!
