Turned up after making a booking on the app but when I got there, they said they didn’t know I was coming because Treatwell hadn’t told them.
Was really pleased with the colour and the blow dry but the salon was lacking in customer service. I was rushed into a chair and not asked what treatment I was having done/what style I wanted.
Fantastic haircut from very friendly staff, will be back soon.
