Awful. Firstly, difficult to find, then I had to wait 35 minutes... it then went from bad to worse as the hair stylist didn’t speak English.. the blow dry started with 2 people, then one gave up; they switched stylists twice, the root colour was darker than the rest of my hair, I asked for a curly blowout with a brush but the stylist stopped doing that half way through, dried the rest straight and went on to use a curling iron on the rest.. my hair was straight within an hour. When I then went to pay, there was a small ratty sign saying no card.. when I asked about this, no one apologised; they just said ‘there’s a cash machine in the costcutter around the corner ‘... the salon itself is also in terrible condition.
Appointment ran late but I forgave this as booked late. Ambience is very dead. With a pedicure I expected more than just a nail paint and so had to buff and cream my feet when I got hope. Nice staff but expected more.
