When I turned up for my appointment the salon was closed ☹️

They didn't know I was coming it seems the online system doesn't let them know

Once I arrived in the salon for my treatment, the lady explained me that my appointment had to be cancelled because they booked a lady for the same time (she booked her treatment directly in the salon). In this salon, appointments booked online are not considered priority.
