My regular nail artist was fully booked for my chosen date so I decided to try a new one.
It was HORRIBLE. I almost never write a review, just if I really liked the treatment but this time I felt the urge to advice other ppl. I had a “gel manicure” done which looks like a five year old work.
Since I entered the “salón” they were speaking Portuguese, no greetings, no minimum customer service. If at least it would have been a good manicure okay but it’s not the case. I was BURNT several times with the led/uv machine and when said so she said it’s okay or it might be because my nails are too sensitive... I’ve done gel manicure before and never experienced that nor I have sensitive nails. When I said I was not happy with my nails the beautician said that she can start again but obviously I refused as it’s an already aggressive enough process once so I’m not going to hurt my nails because she wasn’t in the mood or because of her lack of experience.
Advice: it’s cheap yes, but so is the result and the whole experience. I’m never going back to that place.

Awful experience. I was kept waiting for an hour and only received an explanation after 30 mins, the salon said they had not been aware of my Treatwell booking. The staff were not at all apologetic, and refused to give me any discount to compensate. The salon also smelt strongly of cigarettes. I left to go elsewhere.
