Went in for a blow dry. She did a really great job on my hair and I was very happy with it, however the salon atmosphere and customer service was severely lacking. I felt very unwelcome and out of place and wont be going back.
When I arrived, I was awkwardly greeted by 3 workers standing in the entryway smoking.
The workers only spoke to each other in a foreign language (maybe eastern European?) and it seemed like my lady's English wasn't great. I wasn't asked how I wanted my hair styled so I had to stop her and show pictures. I was lead up to the counter to pay, but then four workers had a 1 minute conversation in a different language while I was standing there awkwardly with no idea what was going on. Overall a very awkward experience.

Did not feel like a professional manicure. Not great shaping or paint job. Nails lasted two hours.

This was my first time in this beauty salon. I booked manicure and shellac and I absolutely love it and the colour is fantastic! I also end up having my hair done too. Honestly I was a bit nervous/suspicious while a lovely male hairdresser did my hair. But after washing and blow dry I couldn’t believe the outcome! So beautiful and cool I just love it everyday! And what I really appreciate is my ends are not damaged! Highly recommend this place!! Well done team! xxx very happy customer
