Although there was a slight language barrier with my hairdresser, another staff member was able to translate (plus I had a picture of how I wanted my hair which always helps). They had to change my appointment time which was communicated to me in advance.
The staff are really friendly, and I am very pleased with my haircut!
Very good wax for a very good price. I have been to nicer salons with a more 'luxurious' feel but you get what you pay for and the beautician here is very good. I I over look the lack of background panpipe music!

I booked the appointment last minute which did cause a bit of confusion but not a problem in the end. I was really happy with the Spa pedicure. The gel manicure looked lovely but the polish had gone over the edges of my nails and a couple of pieces chipped off the next day, hence not 100% happy. I will return though as it’s local and overall a good place with good people.
