Asked for acrylics but was told I should go for their new gel technique. Half way through was told this was the ladies first time. 3 nail tips pinged off when she was shaping them. Was there for 2 hours while this was done and re-done. Within 2 days all the nails were off. Such a waste of time and money. Was told I could come in and have them redone but no longer trust them and don’t want to waste 2 more hours, would rather the money back.

Called salon a few times to ask a simple question and was told each time to phone back in 5 minutes when someone with better English was available, appointment half an hour late and left an unfinished job, would not reccomend.
