Poor experience but will give another chance. I booked for nails and brow treatment through the treatwell app, but turned up and they said their system was down and therefore didn’t have enough time to do my treatments... even though it was early afternoon on a weekday and no other clients in the salon - I had to wait whilst they did a woman’s nails who worked there! I waited about an hour until my nails were started on and then had to come back another time for my brows. I asked for a refund but they said this wouldn’t be possible as I booked through the app. The girl who did my nails was really nice but the rest of the staff were a bit unprofessional - they would speak in Portuguese to each other which is quite uncomfortable. I was happy with end result of my nails so would like to try again, and I liked my brows but they faded a lot more quickly than normal (done on the Saturday, gone by the Tuesday!)
The staff was nice enough, and the shellac removal process was good, but the result was totally not up to standard. Though I booked simply a shellac application, I’d expect that to be well done. The shellac went over my cuticles and the borders were not cleaned, both hands and feet! It looks like I’ve done it myself, and the colour is even coming off, a couple of days after I had it done :( And one more thing, the map location is wrong on Treatwell.
Visit was good but I think they rush the curing of the nails because a few of mine have peeled off already.
