Not very thorough at all, patches of hair and wax left...

I have been 3 times to get my haircut and I'm always satisfied with the colour quality and haircut itself. Only down side is that they tend to be late getting you started and there always seem to be lots of people milling around. Otherwise, great value for money!

I booked a wax for Saturday afternoon on Treatwell. I know this is a busy time for salons, so I was glad when I received 2 text messages from this place confirming my appointment the day before.
I turned up 10mins early, ready to go, and was told I would be seen at 2pm. Shortly after, another client came in who had also booked a wax at the same time. She was told her wait would be 15mins, I was then told mine would be 20 - "because you have booked online and she called, I've put her first". Not only were they late, but they also gave an over-optimistic estimate of the wait time. I didn't stay for the wax as I had somewhere to be after and couldn't wait 20+ mins.
Overall, a very poor experience with shoddy customer service and an awful appointment booking system. Avoid.
