Small salon, with very nice staff. My hairdresser didn't understand much English, so the owner (I think) translated what I wanted. The only issue was that i didn't get what I wanted. She cut off way more than that. I asked for 1 inch and to keep the layers the same (but only 1 inch), but in some areas there were 3 inches difference. Really disappointed since my hair grows really slowly, so it will take ages to grow back. I also said not to cut the front and she did exactly the opposite. I think there was a major lack of communication.
