The staff and the salon was really pleasant, very busy however but seeing it's Christmas time that's understandable.. but nevertheless I had to wait for 20 minutes although I had booked an appointment.
The actual visit was perfectly fine, but the shellac I got was rubbish. It started to chip the day after! And now, less than a week after the treatment, the gel has fallen off two nails and is very chipped on the others. I work in an office environment, don't spend time washing my hands that much or doing anything abrasive that could tear the gel, just normal everyday use. I did gel at another salon and it lasted 4 weeks without a single chip until the very last days(!!). The quality of the gel is bad and I will not be coming back, £20 down the drain....

The service was good and the hairdressers really nice. I didn't have to wait and my appointment lasted exactly 1 hour.
Great service and treatment, all at a fair price!
