First time here but can honestly say Richard was great, talked about what we should do with my hair to get it back to normality after another hair dresser had made some decisions which did not suit my hair type at all, can't wait for my next appointment now, hair feels great thank you so muchxxxxx

From the moment myself and Louise walked into the salon..we were greeted with an amazing smile by Richard and Collegue.
The attention to detail and care for our hair types was excellent! None of us were left to our own devices. We were offered tea & coffee and overall it was a 10/10 experience.
After moving to Darlington from The Highlands in Scotland, you have given me to confidence to move hairdressers!

Popped in on a Saturday for blow-dry and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who looked after me and sons girlfriend so well .
Felt like a proper treat . Will definitely be back when visiting Darlington. 💯
