This is my second visit to this salon as I was so happy last year with the outcome. This time I had a different stylist by chance and again, I am very happy. I have finally found a salon who cuts my hair exactly how I want it for the first time in my life.
I can’t recommend this place enough. The salon was very clean and tidy. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Everyone was wearing their PPE and I already paid via the treatwell app so it was an all round efficient service. 10/10.

Adeena was great really listened to what I wanted and had a lovely manner. Some strange choices of music which was trying to mask the tantrums from the kids hairdressers next door (not the same company).

I had a terrible experience as I’ve been left with a haircut that I didn’t ask for. Although the team was friendly, at the end of it that doesn’t matter if the haircut leaves you feeling disappointed. I wanted a clean and professional haircut but my hairstylist cut it into layers which makes it look messy. This was despite emphasizing several times that I don’t want layers. Now I have to wait months to grow out my layers and get another decent haircut. So I definitely do not recommend this place
