Chen is the first hairdresser I have ever seen who styled my hair so it wasn't frizzy when she'd finished, and who actually seemed to understand my hair! She was clearly so knowledgeable and experienced but also took time to ask and understand how I felt about my hair and how I wanted it to look, rather than just assuming. She was very kind and friendly, made me feel welcome and gave good tips and recommendations - will definitely be back :)
