Chen was very patient and generous with her time as I was not fully prepared for the appointment on arrival. She took great care with my hair and I felt fully pampered with the treatment. The silk press itself was flawless - I strongly recommend!

Right from my welcome I was happy.
I had a wash, hydration treatment and then a trim.
Chen knows a great deal about hair and what you need.
I felt looked after like VIP status and was offered coffee with biscuits!
She was very pleasant, professional and lovely to talk to while working her magic on my strands.
She will now be my go to for my haircare!
