I’m always apprehensive about getting my natural hair trimmed and heat styled so I normally do it myself and have been putting off a trim for too long. Chen was really lovely, she put me at ease instantly and it was a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. So happy with my silk press, my hair felt healthier than it ever has after heat styling and looked silky smooth without any damage. Highly recommend and finally found my go to!

second time using Chen and very happy with the results. my sister and I only go to her for our natural hair treatment and trims. she is really sweet, patient and gets the job done. 100% recommend. I will be back in a few months for treatment.
