Had the worst haircut of my life here. I only asked for my hair to be shortened and showed two pics of previous haircuts I'd had and they somehow managed to get it completely wrong. The layers t I was given were a complete mess and really blunt. My friends have been horrified when I show them videos of what it looks like. I complained and was told I needed to come back as the layers only needed to be 'smoothed out' - my hair now has two levels to it. I was not offered a single penny back.

Chen was really accommodating to me and my friends, the wash was lovely and she checked in before cutting my hair to agree upon how much to cut, the blow out was so smooth and light. She gives drinks and biscuits and she was very nice, I would recommend
