Loved this place. I had a pedicure and it was well done. I wish it would have been a bit more thorough, but overall price-experience was very nice. Will be coming back!
I came in for a gel manicure on a Thursday in preperation for a wedding on the Saturday. I was happy with the results on receiving the treatment and leaving the salon.
However, by Friday evening, one nail has started to lift and by Saturday morning, at least 2 or 3 had peeled off completely and a couple of others starting to chip. I was really disappointed by this as I'd had my nails done for an occasion and didn't have time to get this fixed.
By the time I was able to pop in to complain on Tuesday, I only had about 4 nails left in tact. I asked for a full refund but was told that as the boss is on holiday then one can't be given as they have a no refunds policy. They did offer for my nails to be repaired but the event I had them done for has passed so I am not fussed about them being done now - I'd just like my money back. The girls in the salon didn't seem overly sympathetic, but Amy took photos of my nails and promised to have the boss get in touch next week. I'll write another review with the outcome then.

Really nice experience. Lovely salon and polite technician. Application was a little bit thick but I do like the finished look.
Be the Queen is great - would highly recommend. The salon is lovely and relaxing and I loved the decor. The owner is also really nice and did a great job on my nails!
