This was a really painful experience. The manicurist spent forty minutes removing my nail polish with the nail file shaving off my skin around the nails to the point of bleeding. Then she cleaned my nails twice with acetone, even the bleeding ones! I was in agony. She didn’t ask about the shape and length & then used too little nail polish so the final result looked uneven & bumpy. Alessia had to redo the nails afterwards. I was not pleased at all.
