I normally have a wonderful time at BE U and have never had an issue with my wax, though I think Urooj was a bit rushed and a little tough on my skin which left some irritation that is still visible 24 hours later. She was delicate with the hot wax, but it was the paper wax that did some damage. Don’t let this deter you from going, though! It’s a wonderful stupid with lovely workers.
