Each beautician is very professional - from my observations since I’ve been at the salon a few times. Their weak point is no sense of welcome or someone attending the client as they come in - because everyone is at work. So it feels too casual and not attentive enough. This attitude could easily be improved if they réalise that’s the impression they give.
