Alessio was amazing, he listened to what I asked and gave me hair which matched the picture I showed him perfectly! He reassured me throughout as I was confused about the bleaching/toning. Very happy with the overall service, absolutely love my hair. Went from ashy blonde to dark roots and red ombré finish. Blow dry was amazing also! Definitely my new hair spot, the most reasonably priced also!
